3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, and timely feedback to ensure successful project delivery. Digital Tide will not be liable for delays caused by client-side inaction or incomplete information.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed project timeline.

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where services have not been delivered as per the contract. Once a project has started, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, graphics, and strategies created by Digital Tide remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as designs, websites, or written content) is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digital Tide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, website downtime, or ranking fluctuations due to search engine algorithm changes.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in unethical practices, or delays payments.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
